A long culinary tradition, handed down from generating ing in generation, high quality raw materials and the passion for cooking are the main ingredients for the preparation of dishes intimately linked to the Salento area that will satisfy even the most demanding palates.
You can taste our specialties in one of the excellent restaurants in our area (which we will be happy to suggest) accompanied by a good Primitivo, a Negromaro or a rosé or by going to one of the many festivals that will brighten up your evenings.
And don't forget the delicious sweets; pasticciotti, mustazzoli, spumoni and hot croissants in the evening, to end the day, await you.
