MANDATORY REPORTING ENTRY IN THE PUGLIA REGION
In order to allow the regional task force to carry out epidemiological surveillance activities, from June 3, 2020, people who enter Puglia from other Italian regions or from foreign countries have the obligation to report the displacement, transfer or entry into the region through the self-report form.
It is necessary:
fill in the self-report form, according to the instructions at this link https://www.sanita.puglia.it/autosegnalazione-coronavirus
download the form and submit it to your doctor , if you are a resident in Puglia, or to the ASL of the first Apulian province where you will stay
keep the list of places visited and people frequented during the stay for a period of 30 days

COVID 19, CONTRAST MEASURES APPLIED BY THE STRUCTURE
Guests will be subject to body temperature measurements and, if above 37.5 ° C, access will be denied
It is necessary to respect the rules in force which are reported in the information sheets available in each room
When changing guests, the room, switches, sockets and handles will be sanitized with special products
At the express request of the guests, to avoid third parties entering the room after sanitization, the daily cleaning service will not be carried out
Commonly used objects such as remote controls and keys will be disinfected with special sanitizing products
Employees are always required to use the mask
