1 Why book directly?

Because by booking directly you can get the best economic conditions available, avoiding top-ups on online platforms

2 If I book in advance and then can't make it because of the pandemic, what happens?

You will not lose the deposit paid if there are objective causes of cancellation for coronavirus (covid-19) such as measures involving the lockdown in Italy, inability to travel due to Italian government restrictions, limitations on the movement of people in the Puglia region.

3 What are the cancellation policies? 

The following cancellation policies are provided:

  • up to 30 days before the arrival date, refund of the entire deposit

  • up to 14 days before the arrival date, refund of 50% of the deposit paid

In case of cancellation after the indicated period or no-show, the entire deposit paid will be charged.

4 What are the check-in and check-out times

Check-in is from 3.00 pm; (if the room is available before this time, it will be assigned to you in advance; it is however possible to deposit your luggage in case of early arrival).

Check-out is to be done by 10.00. If you want, on the day of departure, you can leave your luggage in storage.

5 How can I book?

To book, a deposit is required, through BB, equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay.
